CAN I HAVE AN INITIAL CONSULTATION OVER THE PHONE?

We offer initial consultations over the phone, via Zoom or in person meetings. To obtain an appointment, you can email us at info@meditax.ca, fill out a form below or call us at 514.653.6334. You will receive an answer from one of our team members the say day.

HOW DOES MEDITAX CHARGE FEES TO ITS CLIENTS?

We prefer giving a fixed-fee or flat rate to our clients whenever possible before beginning to work on their file.  The only time we charge an hourly rate is when we are asked to consult on a file or to look over a file in order to assess the work that will be needed.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

At Meditax, unlike most law firms, we do not charge fees upfront. We invoice our clients once the work has been completed.  Payments are made either by cheque or by interac etransfer.  If the amount owed exceeds the client's daily limit, they usually make the payments in multiple increments. At this time, we do not accept credit card payments. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO OBTAIN AN APPOINTMENT FOR A CONSULTATION?

You will obtain an appointment for a consultation the same day of you request. Sometimes, the consultation can be done the same day or within a few days from your request.

DO I NEED TO SIGN DOCUMENTS IN PERSON?

Our clients no longer need to come to the office to sign documents. We use Adobe sign which is a highly secure service that allows our clients to sign whenever and from where ever they are located.

DOES MEDITAX SERVE ITS CLIENTS IN FRENCH OR ENGLISH?

At Meditax, we can serve you in both french and english and draft you documents of your choice. Me Cathy Nehme has completed her studies in both french and english.
