I graduated with a law degree from University of Montreal in 2002. I then completed a masters in Taxation to become a Fiscalist in 2007.

I founded Meditax in October 2011 to specialize in the healthcare industry. I worked on corporate reorganizations, incorporations and purchase and sale transactions.
